Our investments are smart, safe and savvy.

We seek private money to execute our flips. The monies will be secured by a 1st trust deed on the project property. We seek a fair interest rate 6-9% APR and negotiable repayment schedule ideally full principal and interest repaid upon close of resale escrow (we settle up at the end of the deal and then invest together again) or longer term bi-yearly interest only payments (we commit to use your money for a year paying you an accrued interest only payment at month 6 and full repayment of principal and remaining interest in month 12).
