I am now independently working with an Alternative Investment Firm in IL focusing on real estate and asset-based financing. Our real estate businesses acquire, renovate, build, sell, and manage a variety of residential and commercial properties, while our financing businesses provide creative debt-based financing solutions on collateral such as real estate and machinery and equipment. Our residential lending business provides lines of credit to acquire, renovate, stabilize, and sell single-family, multi-family, and mixed-use investment properties and also provides other financing solutions against such collateral. Our machinery and equipment lending and leasing division provides financing against machinery and equipment collateral, including operating one of the largest truck-financing operations in the Midwest. Speed. We can take you from your preliminary application to closing on your first loan in as little as three business days, and we can fund subsequent loans even faster.

Flexibility. We find creative solutions for situations that trip up other lenders. For example, we can work with foreign nationals and virtually any kind of legal entity structure.
