Financing Solutions Specialist: We offer diverse real estate investor and small business financing products. After completion of a brief financing questionnaire, we consult with investors and small business owners to determine the most appropriate funding for their goals.

Lathea is recipient of the NJAWBO Thirty Award. She was recognized as part of an elite group of successful NJAWBO business owners. Also, she is a recipient of the Walsh Achievement Award for excellence in business in the Essex County NJ Community. Lathea has also been recognized by Rutgers, Newark Small Business Development Center for her contribution to small businesses.
